Discover Palma and its exquisite gastronomy at L’Àtic, Hotel Saratoga
During your stay in Sóller, a trip to Palma is simply a must. The capital of Mallorca offers a fascinating mix of history, culture, and modern lifestyle: from the majestic Cathedral of La Seu to the narrow cobbled streets of the old town with its noble courtyards, along with museums, boutiques, and a vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere.
Perfect Plan in Palma
But Palma does not only captivate with its heritage, it also shines through its diverse gastronomic offer. Among the most remarkable options is L’Àtic, the gourmet restaurant of the emblematic Hotel Saratoga. Located on the rooftop, it offers incomparable panoramic views of the city, the bay, and the cathedral illuminated at sunset.
The restaurant is run by a culinary team led by chef Juan Pinel, who is committed to creative cuisine based on fresh local products. On the menu you will find Mediterranean dishes reinterpreted with a contemporary style, refined presentation, and a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. At lunchtime, it offers an Executive Menu and in the evenings a Tasting Menu.
L’Àtic is not just a restaurant, but a gastronomic experience that combines an exclusive atmosphere, attentive service, and unforgettable flavors.
