Can you park on the street?
Parking on the street in Sóller can be difficult, especially in the town center and during the high season. There are paid parking areas (blue zones) with time limits and municipal car parks. Outside the center it is easier to find free spaces. We recommend using public car parks or allowing extra time to park.

Does the hotel have parking?
We have a limited number of nearby parking spaces (with an additional cost). Please contact us to check availability. There are also public paid car parks near the center of Sóller.

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Available from 8:00 am if requested the day before. 

Do you offer gluten-free breakfast options?
Yes, we have gluten-free options. Please let us know in advance.

Can guests invite external visitors for breakfast?
Yes, for an additional charge and with prior notice so we can organize it properly.

Is there a restaurant?
We do not have our own restaurant, but we will be happy to make a direct reservation at one of the local restaurants in town.

How to get from the Airport?
By car or taxi: The journey takes about 30–35 minutes. The fastest way is to take the Ma-19 motorway towards Palma, connect with the Ma-20 (ring road) and then continue on the Ma-11 road towards Sóller. 
By public transport: From the airport you can take bus A1 to the Intermodal Station in Palma (Plaza España) and then connect with bus line 204 to Sóller. The total journey takes approximately 1h 15 min.
By tourist train: From the Plaza España station in Palma you can also take the historic Ferrocarril de Sóller, which crosses the Tramuntana mountains. The trip takes about 60 minutes and is a very scenic experience.

Does the Hotel offer Airport transfer?
Yes, we can arrange a private transfer or taxi to/from Palma Airport. Advance booking is required to guarantee availability and price.

Schedule
The check-in time for the room is from 3:00 pm onwards. However, you may arrive at any time of the day, and if the room is not yet available, you can check in and leave your luggage at the hotel.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Is the Hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Some rooms and common areas are accessible. Please let us know your needs before confirming your reservation.

Do you accept pets?
Pets are not allowed in the rooms, except for assistance or guide dogs with the corresponding certificate.
